A consultancy structured so the people you meet are the people who do the work.
Apex (UK) Limited is an IT consultancy registered in England and Wales, operating from London with a delivery centre in Hyderabad. We build software, run quality engineering, ship AI automation, market the result and place the people — for organisations that need one accountable partner rather than five suppliers pointing at each other.
Three commitments we put in the contract.

The order we work in, and why it is that order.
Each stage produces the artefact the next one depends on. Skipping one is how projects end up rewritten in month five.
Discovery
Interviews, system review and a written plan with a cost range. Fixed fee, and yours to keep even if you go elsewhere.
Shape & staff
Architecture decisions recorded, delivery model chosen, named squad proposed with CVs and availability.
Build in the open
Two-week iterations, demo at the end of each, live board and a weekly written summary you can forward upwards.
Handover or run
Documentation, training and either a clean exit or a support agreement with published response times.
Before you get in touch.
A two-week discovery or a single automation sprint are both normal starting points. We would rather begin with something narrow that proves the working relationship than sign a twelve-month programme on a first meeting.
Client-facing leads are UK-based and available in UK hours. Engineering is split between the UK and our Hyderabad delivery centre, with a guaranteed daily overlap window and all ceremonies run in UK time.
Yes. We work on client-issued hardware and VDI where required, run ISO 27001-aligned controls internally, complete supplier assurance questionnaires, and arrange DBS checks for engineers working with sensitive data.
Often. We start with a paid technical audit — a candid assessment of what is salvageable and what is not — before committing to a plan. You get that assessment in writing regardless of what you decide next.
Monthly squad rate, day rate for augmentation, or fixed price where the scope genuinely is fixed. Rate cards are shared before contracting and reviewed annually, not mid-engagement.
