No lock-in, no minimum term beyond the first month, and every line of code and model prompt handed over as yours.
Seven practices, one delivery contract.
Most clients start with one practice and pull in the others as the work grows. You keep the same account lead and the same weekly rhythm throughout.
Software Development
Custom platforms, internal tools and integrations designed around how your business actually operates — not around a template.
02Web Application Development
Customer portals, admin dashboards and commerce fronts that stay fast under load and pass an accessibility audit first time.
03Mobile Application Development
iOS and Android apps taken from concept through store review, with release trains and crash budgets agreed before we write code.
04AI Automation
Document processing, support triage, back-office agents and RAG assistants — measured on hours returned, not on demo quality.
05Testing & QA Services
Test automation, performance and security testing run as a standing service, so a release stops being an event you dread.
06Digital Marketing
Search, paid media and lifecycle campaigns tied back to pipeline in your CRM — reported on revenue, not impressions.
Practice seven — IT Recruitment & Staffing — places the people when you would rather build the team yourself.
How our recruitment desk worksAutomation that survives contact with a real Monday morning.
Plenty of AI pilots look good in a demo and quietly die in month three. We build for the opposite: a narrow, well-instrumented process first, an eval suite that tells you when quality drifts, and a human review path for everything the model is not sure about.
Four stages. No surprises in stage three.
The order matters here — each stage produces the artefact the next one needs, which is why we number them.
Discovery
Two to five days. We interview the people doing the work, read the systems, and leave you with a scoped plan and a cost range — yours to keep whether or not you proceed.
Shape & staff
Architecture, delivery model and the named people on your squad. CVs, notice periods and rates on the table before anything is signed.
Build in the open
Two-week iterations, a demo at the end of each, and a board you can read at any hour. Nothing is "90% done" for a month.
Handover or run
We either hand over with documentation and a trained team, or stay on a support agreement with agreed response times. Your call, not ours.
Numbers our clients agreed to publish.
"They replaced an agency, two contractors and a spreadsheet with one squad and a weekly demo. Our release cycle went from six weeks to nine days."

Tell us what is stuck. We will tell you what it takes.
A 30-minute call with an engineer and a delivery lead — not a salesperson. You leave with a rough shape, a rough range, and an honest answer about whether we are the right fit.
